This workshop is an interactive, stimulating, skill practice session that helps participants understand the impact of effective communication skills.  Through exercises and discussions, you will develop useful skills such as how to recognize and overcome communication barriers and interact effectively with others.  Participants will explore the use of "I" messages.  You will also further develop the strengths and abilities you already possess.

Mind Your Own Development
There are those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who ask, "What happened?". What are your plans for the future (short and long-term)? What steps are you taking to get there? This seminar will explore personal goal setting. Topics include the benefits of goal setting, developing the plan, staying focused and celebrating milestones.

The Cheese Experience!: An A-Mazing Exploration
At every stage of life, change is inevitable. Change is an essential part of our development. Many of us tend to resist change in our lives and become wary of its consequences. Although it is important to judge the risks that we take, accepting even the most dramatic changes in our lives can bring about positive results. This seminar is based on the award-winning book, "Who Moved My Cheese? (for Teens) written by Spencer Johnson, M.D.
